  • Submit this form with the customer's information. Customers can also add themselves to the waitlist through Toast Shop.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once they are added to the waitlist. They will be notified via email when the product(s) become available. 
  • To add a customer to multiple waitlists, submit the form twice.
