June Promotion Terms & Conditions

New Toast, Inc. ("Toast") merchant customers who (i) are currently in operation with an annual gross payment volume (GPV) of five hundred thousand US dollars ($500,000) or more; and (ii) sign Toast's Merchant Agreement on or before June 30, 2023 ("New Customer"), may be eligible to receive a one-time discount on Toast hardware ("Hardware") of up to two thousand US dollars ($2000) in an Initial Order Form. This promotion excludes existing Toast customers who are actively using Toast's point-of-sale services under an existing Initial Order Form with Toast.
