We’ve worked to address your feedback by investing in our infrastructure to minimize the impact of outages, updated our messaging & communications to be clearer, improved our offline mode capabilities and developed more training content.

NEW: Online Ordering Accepting Orders Until Close


You asked, we listened! Now you can personalize your restaurant's Online Ordering needs by customizing the last online order time for your guest. You can now choose when guests are no longer able to place online orders.


To customize the last online order time:

  1. Navigate to Toast Web

  2. Select Takeout & Delivery > Online ordering hours. 

  3. Under Accept until close, select the option that suits your business needs. 

  4. Click the Publish all changes button to save your configuration and publish your changes.

  5. The Confirm Publish dialog box appears. Click the Publish button to publish your changes or the Cancel button to cancel the dialog box.
