What does it mean to take a restaurant "live" on Toast?
To take a restaurant live on Toast, a Customer must process a minimum of $50 at a single location through the Toast system (POS or Digital orders). For the purposes of this promotion, a Customer must process at least $50 through Toast on or before December 31, 2020 to receive the credit.
Who is eligible to receive the $500 credit?
Customers who have signed a POS agreement with Toast prior to September 1, 2020, and who have not yet gone live, are eligible to receive the credit if the restaurant processes more than $50 on Toast on or before December 31, 2020. Only Customers who receive this Promotion offer from Toast directly are eligible for the Promotion.
I am a multi-unit operation. Are all locations eligible?
Each unique location of a multi-unit operation is eligible for the credit, as long as each meets the criteria listed in the terms and conditions of the promotion (below). Only Customers who receive this Promotion offer from Toast directly are eligible for the Promotion.
When will I receive my $500 credit?
If you meet the requirements for the credit, it will be applied on or before January 31, 2021.
How will I receive my $500 credit?
Your credit will be applied based on your Toast billing schedule.
If you are billed monthly: A credit of $500 will be added to your Toast account. You will see this credit reflected on your next Toast invoice after January 31, 2021.
If you are billed annually: A credit of $500 will be added to your Toast account on or before January 31, 2021. This credit can be applied toward your next purchase of Toast hardware or on an upcoming renewal.
If you are financing: We will make a refund deposit of $500 in your checking account on or before January 31, 2021.
Do I have to do anything to receive the credit?
No. The statement credit will be automatically applied to your account if you qualify. No action is required of you.
I work with a Toast Reseller Partner. Am I eligible for the credit?
No. Customers serviced by Toast Reseller Partners are not eligible to receive the credit.
Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) customers who have signed Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) before September 1, 2020 (“Customers”) and meet the following criteria, may be eligible to receive the applicable credit set forth below.
Customers may be eligible to receive a $500 credit towards their Toast account if they take their restaurant live on or before December 31, 2020. To take a restaurant live on Toast, a Customer must process a minimum of $50 at a single location through the Toast system (POS or Digital orders) (“New Customer Onboarding Promotion”). For the purposes of this promotion, a Customer must process at least $50 through Toast on or before December 31, 2020 to receive the credit. Customers must have maintained an active Toast subscription since signing the Toast Merchant Agreement in order to be eligible for this promotion, and must continue to maintain an active subscription during the promotional period. Toast Customers who purchased through any reseller are not eligible for this promotion. Only Customers who receive this Promotion offer from Toast directly are eligible for the Promotion.
The New Customer Onboarding Promotion may not be combined with additional subscription discounts or redeemed for cash and may be available only in select markets. This promotion is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
