Hardware Focus Group: Amazon Gift Card Official Rules

Terms and conditions to receive your Amazon gift card. Toast, Inc., located at 401 Park Drive, Suite 801, Boston, Massachusetts 02215 (“Toast”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is offering a $100 Amazon gift card (“Gift”) for your attendance of the virtual roundtable discussion (“Roundtable”), to be scheduled at a time and date determined by Toast. The Gift shall be provided pursuant to these terms and conditions, which are final and binding.

To be eligible for the Gift, you must: receive an email invitation with a videoconference link directly from us to attend the Roundtable; attend the Roundtable by remaining connected (by video or audio) to the videoconference for its full duration, as determined in our discretion; be a legal resident of the United States at the time of the Roundtable; and be at least 18 years of age at the time of the Roundtable. No more than one Gift will be awarded for each email address invited to attend the Roundtable, and only one individual may attend the Roundtable from each email invitation. Any attempt to obtain more than one invitation or Gift, or attend using multiple instances of videoconference software or connections may, at our discretion, disqualify you from attending the Roundtable and receiving the Gift. You may be required to show proof of identity to claim a Gift. The Gift is void where prohibited or restricted by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations that may apply.

Within 30 days after the Roundtable (“Determination Date”), Toast will, in our sole discretion, determine who met the eligibility requirements under these terms and conditions (each, an “Eligible Attendee”). If you are an Eligible Attendee, we will notify you by phone or email, and you may be required to sign an eligibility statement and release. The Gift will be delivered to each Eligible Attendee by mail or other courier service, or electronically to the email address set forth on the Roundtable invitation, at Toast’s option.

The Gift has an approximate retail value of $100 USD.  Redemption or use of the Gift is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the gift card issuer or program manager then in-effect. If the Gift is lost, stolen or used without authorization, it will not be replaced. We are not affiliated with Amazon, and Amazon has no involvement in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Gift.

The Gift is subject to availability. The Eligible Attendee is solely responsible for paying all federal, state and local income taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the Gift. The Gift will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
