New Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customers who sign Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) on or before June 30, 2021 (“New Customers”) and meet the below criteria may be eligible to receive applicable discounts set forth below.
New Customers may be eligible to receive a one-time discount equal to fifty-percent (50%) of the Toast Hardware retail price and fifty-per- cent (50%) of the Toast POS Implementation retail price if they: (i) sign the Agreement on or before June 30, 2021; (ii) are purchasing Toast POS and Toast Payroll at the same time; (iii) have a Payroll Go-Live Date that is within sixty (60) days of their Toast POS Go-Live Date, and (iv) the location in which New Customer intends to use Toast POS and Toast Payroll is a new location opening are New Customer has signed the Agreement (the “Promotion”).
Go-Live Date, with respect to Toast POS, means the actual date upon which New Customer is capable of processing card payments and begins using the Toast POS services in a live production environment. Payroll Go-Live Date means the date on which the first payroll is posted.
PEPM Price Special Terms: Minimum of $50/month; provided, that the Client: (i) is opening its first location, (ii) is purchasing Toast POS and Toast Payroll at the same time, and (iii) has a Go-Live Date with Toast Payroll that is within sixty (60) days of its Toast POS Go-Live Date (see below). If Client fails to meet these requirements, the minimum monthly fee will be $125/month.
Notwithstanding anything in the Terms and Conditions to the contrary, the PEPM Price for the first three months will be $0, if Client has: (i) signed a Toast, Inc. Merchant Agreement for point-of-sale and payment processing services, (ii) if Client is purchasing Toast POS and Toast Payroll at the same time, has a Go-Live Date with Toast Payroll that is within sixty (60) days of their Toast POS Go-Live Date, and (iii) the location in which New Customer intends to use Toast POS and Toast Payroll is a new location opening aer New Customer has signed the Agreement.
“Go-Live Date,” with respect to Toast POS, means the actual date upon which Client begins using the Toast POS services and is capable of processing card payments in a live production environment. Go-Live Date, with respect to Toast Payroll, means the date on which the first payroll is posted.
