New Toast Customer Terms & Conditions

New Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customers who sign Toast's Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) on or before October 31, 2019 (“New Customers”) and meet the following criteria may be eligible to receive the discount set forth below. 

New Customers may be eligible for a one-time discount on Toast hardware (“Hardware”) equal to eighty percent (80%) of the total Hardware retail price (“Hardware Discount”) if they (i) purchase both Toast POS as well as Toast Payroll and (ii)  Go-Live with Toast Payroll within sixty (60) days of their Toast Go-Live Date. “Go-Live Date” means the actual date upon which New Customer begins using the Toast services and is capable of processing card payments in a live production environment.

If New Customer has more than one (1) restaurant location under the same restaurant group or brand, then only up to five (5) such restaurant locations may be eligible to receive a Hardware Discount. The Hardware Discount may not exceed the purchase price of the Toast hardware purchased by New Customer for that restaurant location under the Toast Merchant Agreement.

The Hardware Discount may not be combined with other hardware offers or redeemed for cash and is available only in select markets. Toast may terminate the Hardware Discount or modify its terms at any time.

Existing Toast Customer Terms & Conditions

Existing Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) customers who have signed Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) before October 1, 2019 (“Existing Customers”) and meet the following criteria, may be eligible to receive the applicable discounts set forth below.

Existing Customers may be eligible to receive the first two (2) months of Toast Payroll free (“Toast Payroll Promotion”) if they (i) sign up for Toast Payroll before October 31, 2019 and (ii) agree to a minimum contract term of two (2) years with Toast Payroll. 

The Toast Payroll Promotion may not be combined with additional Toast Payroll subscription discounts or redeemed for cash and is available only in select markets. Following the first two (2) months of the Toast Payroll term, the fee shall be the full quoted price per month until the end of the initial term. This is a limited time offer subject to change.
