Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) merchant customers who have signed Toast's Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) on or before December 31, 2020 (“Customers”) and meet the below criteria may be eligible to receive the discount set forth below:
Customers may be eligible to receive their first three (3) months of Toast’s Online Ordering and/or Toast Marketing modules (each, a “Module”) if they sign up for their selected Module(s) prior to December 31, 2020 (“Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion”). Customers who are currently enrolled in one or both of the Modules and whose Toast accounts are in good standing may be eligible for the Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion as it applies to those Module(s). Customers who choose annual billing, who are financed through a third party, or who purchase Toast via a reseller may not be eligible for the Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion. Toast will automatically apply the Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion to eligible customers in the form of a credit or a refund, depending on the billing and/or financing status of the Customer.
The Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion may not be combined with additional subscription discounts or redeemed for cash and may be available only in select markets, except that it may be combined with the Winter 2020 SaaS Credit. Following the first three (3) months free of the Module(s), as applicable, the fee shall be the full quote price per month until the end of the Term (as defined in the Agreement). This is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
Toast Customers may be eligible to receive a credit equal to the value of one (1) month of SaaS fees if they have signed the Toast Merchant Agreement and gone live before December 31, 2020 (“Winter 2020 SaaS Credit”). Payroll and Team management SaaS fees are not included in the Winter 2020 SaaS Credit and will be billed normally. Reseller customers may not be eligible. Toast will automatically apply the Winter 2020 SaaS Credit to eligible accounts in the form of a credit or a refund, depending on the billing and/or financing status of the Customer.
The Winter 2020 SaaS Credit may not be combined with additional subscription discounts, except that it may be combined with the Winter 2020 3 Months Free Promotion, or redeemed for cash and may be available only in select markets. Following the one month of SaaS credit,, the fee shall be the full quote price per month until the end of the applicable Term. This promotion is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
Toast, Inc. merchant customers who sign Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Merchant Agreement”) for Toast Payroll (“Toast Payroll”) on or before January 31, 2021 and meet the following criteria are eligible to receive the discount set forth below:
Customers are eligible to receive the the first quarter of 2021 (January 2021 - March 2021) of Toast Payroll software fees (exclusive of other fees, including, without limitation, implementation fees and any fees for add-on services) at no charge (the “Promotion”) if they (i) purchase Toast Payroll in January 2021; (ii) agree to a minimum contract term of one (1) year with Toast Payroll; (iii) have a Go-Live Date with Toast Payroll in February or March 2021; and (iv) if the customer is an existing restaurant (i.e., is not a new restaurant opening), remains active under, and not in breach of, its Toast Merchant Agreement. “Go-Live Date,” with respect to Toast Payroll, means the date on which the first payroll is posted.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promotion will not be available if prohibited by law, and may not be combined with any additional Toast Payroll subscription discounts or redeemed for cash. Starting April 1, 2021, the fee shall be the full quoted price per month until the end of the initial term. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotional offer at any time.
